The Space:

Step inside Ocean Dune Sanibel and discover a thoughtfully designed duplex perfect for your Sanibel getaway. The heart of the home is the fully equipped Kitchen, featuring modern appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and coffee maker. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, providing a comfortable space to enjoy meals together. The living area offers a relaxing space to unwind after a day at the beach, with a TV for entertainment and queen sleeper sofa. The Master Bedroom boasts a luxurious King bed and a private Master Bathroom on the main level along with a guest bedroom one featuring 2 twin beds and guest bathroom on the hallway with a bathtub/shower combo. The third and fourth guest bedrooms are upstairs. The third guest bedroom features a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom is equipped with 2 sets of bunkbeds and 2 trundle beds. Each bedroom is designed with comfort in mind. Step outside onto the Patio or Balcony with a view of the pool, complete with a BBQ grill, perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine dining.



Guest Access:

Guests have use of the entire townhouse, pool and beach access at the end of Bailey Rd.

Getting Around:

We suggest car, golf cart or bikes.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that this residence is one half of a full duplex. Guests will occupy the left side of the duplex structure and there may or may not be owners or guests on the right side of the duplex. We do not represent the right side of the duplex. There are no shared spaces, including parking, which is unique and separate on each side of the duplex.

Guests are required to sign a rental agreement upon booking.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.



Interaction with Guests:

We are available as often as needed, but give guests the space they desire during the stay so that they may enjoy their vacation in peace and serenity!
