Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remove all trash - there's a large dumpster on Blackrock Circle - on the right side of the road as you are leaving. (Blackrock circle and Tryo)
Please look around for any personal items. We are not able to return items left behind.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only 1 dog and must be disclosed before arrival. Must be house-trained and crated when alone. Not allowed on furniture. No cats or other animals.
Swim at community sites at your own risk. Send list of names (Up to 6) of guests who will be using the pools at least 48 hours before check-in.

We are from Virginia Beach and are new to the short-term rental world! We love this house, and plan to use it when it's not being rented. So far, besides the amazing and ever-changing views, we enjoy the proximity to the slopes, hiking trails and breweries.

Why they chose this property

For winter - its very close to the slopes (walkable or 1 mile drive), but not close enough to hear the snow-making mashines.
We also love the numerous hiking trails, as well as wineries, breweries and other outdoor activies in the area.

What makes this property unique

The views are spectacular - and we do not have tons of beds crammed into bedrooms. With 6 bedrooms, and 6 and half baths, everyone has room to spread out and get some privacy. The three separate living areas are great too!
