Everything was amazing! There was plenty of room for all of us, and we would absolutely love to book again. We came down for a fishing trip, and the location was perfect—fishing was just a 3-minute drive from the house.The kitchen was fully stocked with great utensils and cookware, and even had a few spices, which was a nice touch. The game room got used every night—we really enjoyed the air hockey! The backyard was also beautiful and a great space to relax.Overall, this was a wonderful home, and we would love to come back and stay again. McKenzie was great and very responsive with communication throughout our stay.

Great to work with and very prompt with response. The place has everything you need to enjoy and make memories with your family. We would definitely like to go back when the weather is warmer to be able to enjoy some of the other things at the home as well as around the home. The location was wonderful and very close to where we needed to be.

Hi there, I’m local to Bloomington/Normal area. I lived in this house for 13 years. I recently got married and we decided to turn this house into a STR.

Why they chose this property

I love the neighborhood! It’s quiet and there’s so much wildlife around. Lake Bloomington is a short walk from the house, with several parks on all sides of the lake. There’s also several party/wedding venues around the lake. The marina offers boat, kayak, and paddle board rentals. There’s two bar/restaurants on the way to the marina.

What makes this property unique

The pool and outdoor space is amazing in the summer months. Kids love the slide! It’s a private backyard with lots of seating, a firepit, hot tub, and plenty of outdoor games. In the colder months, the game room offers a ton of options as well.
