We had a nice stay in this quiet scenic unit at Pili Mai and had a great family vacation overall. This is our 3rd time staying in Pili Mai each time at a different rental. It was disappointing this unit was lacking basic vacation items needed like a kitchen cutting board, scissors, cooler tote for beach snacks, and bbq utensils. Also both boogie boards were broken and it was warm some nights and the AC could not be set lower than 72 ever. Just some notes for the owner and future guests. Overall a comfortable & clean condo unit.

A cutting board, scissors, cooler tote, BBQ utensils, and working boogie boards should all be in the unit as standard, and we've followed up with our team to make sure everything is properly stocked and in good condition going forward. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know. Regarding the AC — the thermostat is set to a minimum of 72° and we understand that can feel warm on some evenings. We appreciate your patience.
