House for small groups or up to 14 persons groups next to the river.

House with a large yard where you can even play football frisbee. You can barbecue in the backyard and enjoy the scenery or catch the aurora lights. You can launch your boat into the river from the adjacent boat launch. Loud parties are not suitable for the location, as there are other residents nearby (Silence 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM).

Very nice place to catch northern lights. There is no light pollutions.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave the place as it was. Start washing machine with all used bed sheets, duvets and laundries. You can leave the washing machine on while leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quite area to relax. No noisy parties and quiet time 21:00 - 8:00.
No smoking! In the private rooms we don't use outdoor shoes.
Toilet: Close the lid when flushing! The ring stays clean for all. A wish from ladies to gentlemen. Please use toilet only sitting.
