We were a group of 4 in town for our college reunion. Perfect set up, very charming.
We were a group of 4 in town for our college reunion. Perfect accommodation for all of us to stay together yet we each had our own BR. Beautiful surrounding, charming decorations. Great weekend!
This property was a great addition, it provided the extra room needed for a larger event while I also rented the larger home on the property. Hosts and caretaker are amazing and responded quickly for every need.
My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. We rented both the cottage and farmhouse. They were both beautiful and clean. There was plenty of room for the family to spread out and we were all able to have meals together in the large kitchen/dining room. The property itself is expansive which the pups really enjoyed exploring. The highlight of course was the pool which kept everyone entertained for hours every day. We would have liked to have a coffee maker so we could keep up with the demands for such a big group. For less caffeinated families, I am sure the Keurig is sufficient. The owner was responsive and emailed us upon arrival to make sure everything was okay. That was appreciated. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property and would definitely book again if returning to the area.
Truly a welcoming and well thought out little cottage (yet it still has room for a group). Truly charming!

Why they chose this property
This cottage was built in 1880 and was purchased and moved to this location in 1999. It has been lovingly restored and modernized. It is decorated in a charming, modern cottage style that exudes warmth. We are located on the property of the Henry Connor Bost Farm and you will have access to the 135 surrounding acres. Come get away from it all, with all modern conveniences just a few miles away. This is truly a special place. We hope you will visit soon!
