Macedo mansion facing the sea with cook

house located on the paradisiac beach of the presidio in the municipality of aquiraz, with two floors, in front of the sea, with 6 suites, all rooms with split air conditioning, led tv, minibar and electric shower.
We have a swimming pool, barbecue, sea view balcony, sports field, a beautiful garden.
My space is good for families (with children) and large groups, next to the restaurant.
Ideal to spend your holidays with family and to do commemorative events.

Casa perfeita para férias com a família.

Esta casa é simplesmente perfeita, vivenciamos dias maravilhosos, durante a semana em que nos hospedamos nela, quartos amplos, camas king size, ar condicionado todos novos, e a limpeza do local é impecável, a Sra Cícera é um amor de pessoa, cozinhou durante nossa estadia divinamente, o caseiro Reginaldo, sempre atencioso e educado com todos, Sr Raul (proprietário) nos recebeu na chegada com muita educação e presteza. Se tiver que pontuar um único quesito a ser melhorado diria que seria bom se todos os quartos tivessem guarda roupas disponíveis, pois dois dos seis quartos da casa que utilizamos, não possuem guarda roupas disponíveis, sugiro que na impossibilidade destes, que se ponha ao menos uma arara (Cabide de roupas) para amenizar o problema. Só não vou elogiar mais para não inflacionar o valor da locação do imóvel, pois pretendo retornar com minha família em breve. Riss. Imóvel altamente recomendável.

Quero agradecer imensamente ao nosso anfitrião Raul Macedo e Ingrid,pelo carinho que desde o primeiro contato nos passou total confiança,nos fornecendo dicas para melhor aproveitamento de nossas férias,ficamos em 11 pessoas,eu meu esposo e minha filha e o restante nossos amigos,ficamos impressionado com a beleza e segurança da casa e do lugar,decoração,limpeza,o conforto dos quartos impecável,não falta nada neste imóvel as fotos não consegue transmitir o tamanho da beleza do lugar,sem contar com a Dona Cícera excelente cozinheira,e o Reginaldo o caseiro sempre ativo em tudo.Só tenho a agradecer por abrir as portas de sua casa para minha família e amigos e nos proporcionar momentos inesquecível.Muito obrigada,e já estamos pensando em voltar.Até Breve!!!

A casa é exatamente como nas fotos. O caseiro, Reginaldo, é atencioso e gentil. A cozinheira, Cícera, um amor de pessoa. Ambos pessoas confiáveis e muito profissionais! Fiz um evento (aniversário) no local e só tenho elogios para dar a esta estadia! Todo mundo adorou! A casa já vem completinha, com todo material pro churrasco, com uma infraesturura maravilhosa. Camas confortáveis, todos os quartos com ar, um ótimo ambiente para crianças. Casa enorme, ventilada e linda. Saímos já com planos para voltar! <3
