𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞: Please avoid using water or chemicals to clean the kitchen counters, as they may cause damage.

𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐞-𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲:Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors or anywhere within the property premises. Any violation will result in a $1,000 penalty. If you choose to smoke, please do so outside at a safe distance and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Any indoor smoking or littering of cigarette butts on the property may result in a $1,000 fee for deep cleaning and odor removal.

𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐬: For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed. A $1,000 penalty will be applied for any unapproved pets.

𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬: All overnight guests must be registered. Any unapproved guests will incur a $100 per night, per guest fee.
