I had to make a call after I got there to get a code to get in. It took about 20 minutes on the phone to get access to our room. The mattress is worn out. We had 4 nights of discomfort on the bed and didn’t get much sleep. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Although the access code had been sent before arrival, we understand that having to contact us from the property and wait for assistance was inconvenient. We’re also sorry the mattress wasn’t comfortable for you, as we understand that comfort can be different for every guest. Had we known during your stay, we would have welcomed the opportunity to explore options, such as providing additional mattress padding, to help improve your comfort. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention and regret that your experience fell short of expectations.
