Cedar Crest Lodge – 6BR Mountain Lodge w/ Hot Tub, Game Room

Cedar Crest Lodge is a spacious 6BR Pocono retreat made for summer group getaways, with access to Towamensing Trails’ lake, beach, pool, boat rentals, courts, and trails. After sunny days outdoors, return to the hot tub, Blackstone grill, patio dining, outdoor games, pool table, Infinity arcade table, coffee bar, and plenty of gathering space for up to 14 guests.

Important: Community Amenities – Seasonal Availability
• Pool, Beach & Lake Access: Open from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend (weather permitting).
• Tennis & Basketball Courts: Open fall through spring.
• All Outdoor Amenities: Closed during the off-season (typically late September through May).

Seasonal Amenities Update – Towamensing Trails:

Before Father’s Day:
- Amenities (tennis, courts, etc.) open weekends only Boat rentals may not be available until Father’s Day

After Father’s Day:
- Full access to all amenities (open 7 days/week)
Boat rentals available, personal kayaks/paddleboards not allowed

Amenity Access & Pass Policy
• Reservation includes up to 8 complimentary wristbands for community access.
• Wristbands are provided at check-in.
• Wristbands allow access to the pool, lake, clubhouse, and tennis courts.
• Additional wristbands (maximum of 8 more) are available for purchase directly from Towamensing Trails at $10 per person, per day.
• Children under 5 years old do not require a wristband.
• Pre-registration with the community is required.
• Each vehicle must display a community parking pass at all times during the stay.

Trash Disposal
We offer complimentary trash pickup (standard)
Mid-stay trash pickups are available for an additional fee

Community Registration Rules:
All guests must complete a digital Pre-Arrival Form after booking confirmation, which must be submitted at least 3 days before check-in.

Full name and contact information
Complete residential address (street, city, state, and ZIP code)
Form of ID
Vehicle details (make, model, license plate, state)
Names and ages of all guests

Guest will be charged based on actual vehicle count

• $7 per vehicle for gate access and parking passes

We’ll handle the submission and payment process once your form is complete so you can relax and focus on planning your perfect getaway!

Note: If vehicle information is changed within 48 hours of arrival, there is a $25 fee due to the community needing to reissue the registration packet.

The home offers a warm, inviting atmosphere throughout, with fireplaces that add cozy warmth and natural light filtering through the trees. A cozy bar nook creates the perfect setting for evening conversations, while the fully equipped kitchen is ideal for shared meals. A vibrant game room with a pool table and electric Infinity Game Table adds to the experience.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests across 6 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Bathrooms feature filtered water systems for a spa-like shower experience.

The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, fully equipped for cooking, baking, and gathering. A Keurig coffee bar and spacious island make it perfect for meals, while the dining room offers soft lighting and warm textures for a welcoming dining experience.

Entertainment & Fun
The lower-level entertainment lounge features a speakeasy-style atmosphere with a pool table, Infinity arcade table, cozy bar area, and a 65” Smart TV. It’s the perfect space for movies, billiards, and socializing.

Common Areas
Multiple gathering spaces throughout the home offer comfort and connection, with large Smart TVs, a Sonos sound system, and an indoor fireplace for relaxation.

Hot Tub
The 4–6 person hot tub is surrounded by nature, offering a relaxing outdoor experience. All posted hot tub rules must be followed.

Outdoor Delights
Enjoy a private backyard retreat designed for summer relaxation and group fun. Soak in the 4–6 person hot tub, cook on the Blackstone grill, dine outdoors, or play corn hole, golf pong, Giant Jenga, Connect 4, and basketball. Seasonal items include beach chairs, 2 kayaks with paddles and life vests, and a fishing rod for guest use. Please note that the firepit is not available due to updated community regulations.

Climate Control:
The home is equipped with heating throughout the entire house for year-round comfort.

For cooling during the warmer months:

1. Air conditioning is available in the main/common areas via split units
2. Two king bedrooms have air conditioning
3. The remaining bedrooms do not have air conditioning, but are equipped with:
- Ceiling fans
- Portable fans (provided for additional comfort)

Policies:
No Fireworks
No smoking inside the home
No events, parties, or large gatherings
Must be 26 to book, no groups of young adults under 26 yrs. old
Fire pit is not for guest use per the HOA rules/regulations

We gladly welcome dogs with a $150 flat fee, allowing a maximum of 2 dogs. Please provide their age and breed when booking. Dogs must be fully house-trained, and we do not permit puppies. They must not be left unattended inside, and all droppings must be promptly picked up.

Your safety and the well-being of our home are of utmost importance. We have exterior security cameras for added security.
