There are more trees in the red pine development than in any other condominium complex in the park city area. As such, you will truly have a mountain experience. This red pine condo is located directly across the street from the clubhouse. Convenient parking is located next to the red pine condo. The red pine complex features a club house and two swimming pools that are surrounded by beautiful mature pine trees. One pool is heated to 100 degrees in the winter. For our summer visitors, you will have a short walk across the street to the clubhouse to enjoy the large outdoor pool, children's pool, tennis courts, volleyball courts and picnic area.
