Visit our beautiful pool home, which is perfectly set up for two families. Our four-bedroom three, three-bath home has two master en-suites, one Cal King Bed, and one Queen Bed with two full over full bunk bed children's bedrooms. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality. Upgraded carpet in the bedrooms with laminate wood flooring throughout the rest of the home. Bathrooms are upgraded with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and travertine floors.
Upgraded kitchen with custom panel cabinetry, upgraded hardware, travertine backsplash, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Spacious living and dining room off of the kitchen. The Main Living Room has a DVD Player. Hi-Speed Wireless Internet is included. Central heating and air conditioning.
The game room, located in the garage, has Ping-Pong, Air Hockey, a Pool, and toys. There are strollers, a highchair, a pack-n-play, and a booster seat for infants and toddlers. There is also a full-size washer and dryer.
Relax in our sparkling pool with a built-in Jacuzzi in the rear yard. Enjoy our patio, outdoor seating for adults and kids, and a natural gas BBQ Grill. It's a nice short walk to Disneyland, and you can watch the Disneyland fireworks from the yard.
Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee, pool heated to 82, and jacuzzi to 102
This house SLEEPS 10 in beds and the MAXIMUM Occupancy at ANY TIME is 10. (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 3 cars (In our Driveway Only). No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.
All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted.
A refundable $300 security deposit is due at the time of booking.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.
Extra screening and proof of payment are required for bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival. The cardholder's name and address must match the booking's details. If there is a mismatch, last-minute bookings will be rejected. To complete the process, please ensure the following: - Successful completion of ID screening through GuestRanger, A screenshot showing our charge as "pending" in your online account (you may redact all other details), and a copy of the credit card used for payment, with all card numbers concealed except for the last four digits.
