The hosts were fantastic and quick with all required responses. The actual place itself was immaculate and beautifully redone. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of downtown Bellefontaine. What a great place to get away for a night, weekend, or longer!

Born and raised in Ohio, Breanne has always had a gift for seeing the magic in things — whether it’s a piece of vintage décor ready for a second life, a Main Street building waiting to be restored, or a guest walking into one of her newly finished suites.

In 2021, she purchased the Historic Tremont Building in Bellefontaine and poured her creativity, hard work, and whole heart into bringing it back to life. Downstairs, she runs The Poppy Seed Salon & Boutique, working as a hairdresser by day and a vintage curator by passion. A lifelong collector, Breanne has an eye for treasures and often sells her finds at vintage fairs and shows throughout Ohio.

Upstairs, she recently completed a full renovation of the Tremont’s second floor, transforming it into two beautifully curated vacation rentals — The Lauren and The Armani. Every detail reflects Breanne’s style: warm, collected, meaningful, and infused with history.

When she isn’t working (which is rare for this lovable workaholic), you’ll find her following Dave Matthews Band on the road, visiting family, taking long walks, or dreaming up her next adventure. She loves a good podcast, a good story, and the occasional Kentucky mule at the end of a long day.

Her hope is that guests feel the same warmth, charm, and welcome she does every time she steps inside the Historic Tremont Building — a place she lovingly restored, piece by piece, into something truly special.
