The space
This is a two-story, street-level condo with access from an internal hallway or the sidewalk.

The downstairs is an open floor plan with living room, kitchen, and a half bath. The kitchen is fully-appointed, including standard spices and oils that guests are welcome to use.

Upstairs you’ll find two large bedrooms, both with full ensuite bathrooms, plus the washer and dryer. The primary bedroom features a private balcony where you can sit and watch the world go by. You'll have the perfect mix of space and privacy.

When you're ready to get out, top restaurants, bars, and music venues are all a short walk away, as is the Raleigh Convention Center.

Within a short drive you'll find our area's universities, including NC State, Meredith College, Shaw and William Peace University, top breweries like Trophy and Raleigh Brewing, plus sports and music venues including the Lenovo Center and Carter-Finley Stadium.

This is our full-time home so you’ll notice some of our personal belongings tucked away, but rest assured that we have also made plenty of closet and drawer space available for you for a comfortable stay.


Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire condo, as well as a covered parking space.

Additional street or garage parking is available nearby.


Other things to note
Downtown living: The condo is in a walkable, lively area across from a popular indoor music venue. You may hear some street noise from guests on show nights. Usually shows wrap up around 10–11pm, though some can run later.

Most guests enjoy the downtown atmosphere (and the chance to catch a show!), but if you go to bed early or are a very light sleeper, you may prefer the quieter second bedroom. A white-noise machine is provided for added comfort.
