Place was perfect for our family vacation! Great location - right on beach and at the start of downtown Dewey so everything is walkable. Very spacious, modern, and clean house. Definitely would book again!

Location was terrific, short walk to the beach. I was concerned about the need to cross rt 1 to get there, but not an issue at all - crosswalks and lights right there.We enjoyed the house - it has lots of great spaces to spread out to, and a really nice open layout main area to get together in.The elevator was a big help for the one in our party who doesn't do steps well. Provided linens were much appreciated!Instructions and check-in/out very clear, and there was always someone who could answer questions.Would rent this house again!

Beautiful Dewey Beach House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would definitely stay here again. Beautiful house. Only a block to the beach. House is large enough that everyone can hang out together but then have your own space as well.

It is the perfect house for a medium sized group, offering close proximity to beach, bars, and restaurants! The house is spacious, clean, new, has enough communal space as well as space for privacy. Highly recommend.

We really appreciated being able to rent this home for a long weekend over the 4th of July. The house was ample, clean and in a great location with close proximity to the beach, downtown Dewey and Fifer's Market. We didn't have to leave our house on the 4th of July because the top floor deck was the perfect spot to see the fireworks. The house is by Route 1/Coastal Hwy so was a little noisy but it was a holiday weekend so that was to be expected. The house was ideal for a family with adult children. Everyone had their space and the top kitchen/living room area was great to watch the World Cup! We would rent this home again!
