As already discussed with your help line property was not as described. We were offered a room with one bed (there were 3 of us) with nowhere to sit. We were told the actual apartment was under repair (there was no mention of this when we messaged them earlier in the day)We had to find alternative accommodation on short notice in Auckland at a time when accommodation was in short supply.We were not told when we first called that we should take photos of the apartment and were later told without these photos as proof we could only get a refund if the owner confirmed our complaint was true.The owner has not responded to the help desk and the host is not taking our calls.Surprise as this seems like a scam.At this point I am out of pocket 965.77 as well as having to pay 1100 for alternative accommodation.I'm hoping this changes and that the owner and the help desk see sense and refund me but at this point I'm a very unhappy customer
