Great Silverleaves getaway

The house is lovely light and airy, and was a great house for family getaway. Silverleaves is such a great location away from cowes for a quieter getaway but with your own beach! Lovely to see the visiting wallaby.

Beachside bliss

Lovely house right on the beach with great facilities. We stayed for a week and loved it. Only negatives were provided only two rubbish bags and minimum toilet rolls which ran out and no spares.

Perfect Coastal Escape

Thank you for this beautiful ‘Beachside’ retreat! We had the most wonderful week here. The house is beautifully presented & perfectly well equipped for a family of 5 plus 1 furry friend. We have enjoyed many afternoons on the back deck, watching the wallabies & wildlife, taking long walks on the beach & using our paddle board everyday - it truely is the perfect coastal location & beach house. We had such a wonderful stay here, perfect location right on the beach and a 1 min walk to Silverleaves cafe/general store. The house has everything you coukd possibly want. Comfortable beds, great showers, all the kitchen utensils and appliances and everything so clean! Our dog was in heaven as were we all!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed to make our time away very enjoyable. The one minute walk to the beach was great, suitable for our kids aged 7 and 8. Highly recommend the property and area of Silverleaves. Would love to return.

Perfect Beach House

Our second wonderful stay at ‘Beachside’. The location & presentation/layout of this house is perfect for our family. It is so well equipped & has the most welcoming feel to it, easy to spend hours sitting on the deck lounge listening to the birds, watching the wallabies & completely relaxing. Perfect Holiday Stay

This property is exceptional! The perfect location, beach at your back door and cafe 1 min walk away. The house is very clean, comfortable beds and furnishings with everything you could possibly need. Highly recommend!

Brilliant!

This is a wonderful holiday house, in a fabulous location. We had a winter getaway and loved it. Silverleaves beach really is at the back door and the walk into Cowes along the beach is lovely (tip: check the tides!). The kitchen is well-equipped and has everything you could imagine (and more) for holiday cooking. The wood-heater makes this a really cosy home but the split-systems in all the bedrooms are handy to take the chill off the air while the fire gets going (and I'd imagine they're particularly handy in summer). The backyard was secure for our dog. The Silverleaves Store just up the street was an added bonus.

Secret Paradise

I hesitate to leave this because everyone will want to stay here now! This hidden gem is amazing! Super cute as we drove up to it - inside is beautiful and light and looks fresh and new. Once we opened all the blinds to the many windows here, we were greeted by three wallabies munching contentedly in the back yard amidst the most colorful assortment of birds! A little 30 second walk out the back gate through the trees took us straight to the beach! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for making meals and we took advantage and cooked in several times. Everything worked as it should - no surprises there. Exhausted from exploring the island at the end of each day, we all fell into nice comfy beds with wonderful bedding and woke very rested to the laughter of the kookaburras every morning. Such a lovely spot and would definitely love to come back!

Beautiful house and perfect location

Your house was perfect for our family getaway! We have 2 young children (1year old & 4year old) so the location was perfect with only a very short stroll out the back gate and down to silverleaves beach with an overflowing beach trolley in tow and arms full of children, beach equipment and toys. Also a stones throw away from the local cafe. The house is bright and airy, beautiful high ceilings, newly renovated throughout, comfy couch, wood heater and was wonderfully clean. Hoping to be back again one day Thank you Traistan and Chandini :)

Perfect location

I loved the house and location. It has everything you need and it is very cozy. Unfortunately, we went on a very cold weather, so if it would have some form of heating in the downstairs bedroom and the sheets would be a bit cleaner, it would be perfect.

Hi Alina, It was a very cold weekend for your stay unfortunately. The house has 3 split system heating and cooling and a log fire. The downstairs bedroom will have a new split system heating and cooling installed for summer this year. The queen beds have brand new mattresses which have mattress protectors on them. All linen and pillows are new and are professionally washed for every stay. We take pride in making beds clean and comfortable. Thank you for your feedback

Fantastic house exactly as described!

This is a fabulous home in a very quiet location. Inside is clean, light, bright and very comfortable. The big backyard is fenced on all sides (perfect for pets) and covered in lush green grass. There is a large deck off the back of the house set with an outdoor dining setting, BBQ and very comfy lounge suite all under the shade of a gorgeous tree wrapped in fairy lights! The home has access to the beach via a gate at the back of the property and the local wallabies come to visit each evening. It really does tick all your getaway wishlist boxes. We (a family of four and a dog) had the most relaxing stay and absolutely loved this property. We can’t wait to get back there again!
