Fully Renovated 2021! Stocked 2/2 condo on Lake Ouachita located in Mountain Harbor Resort. Come relax on the back deck over looking the peaceful woods. Master features private bath with standup shower and king bed with TV. Second bedroom features twin over full bunk, Single bed with tv. Washer and dryer in unit. Secondary bath stocked with towels and features tub/ shower. Kitchen is stocked so just bring your groceries. This is a lower level condo unit just 100 steps to the pool and Turtle Cove Spa. Tennis and basket ball courts are short distance. Resort also boasts riding stables, hiking trails, boat or slip rentals and world class fishing.

-This is a condo unit with a unit above and beside. There is potential to hear sounds from neighboring units. Please be mindful that neighbors can also hear loud noised omitting from with in the unit.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed Monday through Friday and had such a great time. The cabin was fully stocked and was very comfortable. We saw so many deer and the pool is visible from the back porch. We will definitely be back again next year.

Excellent vacation rental. The property was beautiful outside and beautifully decorated inside. Everything was very comfortable and practical. The amenities were great! Bonus fun: working Sega Genesis in the 2nd bedroom :)

Nice place near the lake

Clean, nice and very comfortable. Parking is a bit tough for a full size extended cab truck but not impossible. Owner was very accommodating when there was a slight issue with the front door lock. I would definitely stay there again.

A fun weekend for my 3 grandchildren, their parents & myself!

All 6 of us enjoyed our stay! So thankful there was a Roku as the children were able to watch their favorite animated movies while in the condo & I enjoyed Netflix after they were in bed. They had a few toys so the young ones enjoyed playing with something new. We forgot coffee so it was nice that there was some at the condo. We'll stay again! Thank you!

Nice unit the only things I can complain about is the sliding doors are hard to open and close and the showers both had very slippery surfaces in shower very quite comfortable

Not what I expected.

It listed a hot tub but there wasn’t one. Also the WiFi wouldn’t work. I would have stayed somewhere else if I had known there wasn’t a hot tub.

Our stay was very relaxing. We enjoyed all of the kitchen amenities, electronics and wifi and the overall cozy environment. The pool and the lake were very close, which made it an easy walk to enjoy. We were warned about the noise from the neighbors, but everyone seemed respectful during quiet hours. The outdoor porch could use a little freshening up with cleaning maintenance, but we still enjoyed our coffee and quiet time around the table. Thank you for a nice weekend.

We have loved weekends on Lake Ouachita since 2012 with our family and friends.

Why they chose this property

We have had our boat and Brady mountain and rented cabins there but wanted a place to stay when we came to the lake. This condo seems like the perfect starting place for our family to start our lake experience.

What makes this property unique

We love this area. It is so peaceful out in the woods but close to all the Resort amenities. There is something for anyone in your group. Our kids love the pool which is just 100 steps away. It’s so nice to unwind and spend quality time in such a beautiful setting.
