Pet Policy – Yard Use
To maintain a clean and safe environment for all guests—especially families with small children—we have the following rules regarding pets:
Dogs are not permitted to use the backyard as a bathroom. The backyard is regularly used as a play area for kids. Please take your dog to the front yard for all bathroom needs. This helps to keep the backyard enjoyable for everyone.
All pet waste must be picked up immediately and disposed of properly in the outdoor trash bins.
A $100 fee will be charged for any violation of this rule. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement, provide guest ID, and complete registration form. Security Deposit Required of up to $1000.
Renter Agreement must be signed within 48hrs of booking. For last-minute reservations, agrmnt must be signed before check-in info will be provided.
Minimum age to rent is 25. NO Smoking. NO pets. NO unregistered guests or visitors. Quiet Hours are from 10PM-7AM.
