🚫 NO parties/events. NO smoking/vaping allowed - this includes inside the unit and outside on the balcony.
🚮 TRASH CHUTES: (1) from elevators to the right and around the corner (2) from the unit to the left and around the corner.
🔹 Please remember that only bagged trash should be put into the trash chutes.
🔹 Cardboard boxes get stuck in the chutes (they NEVER stay folded up) and cause multi-floor backups.
