This hidden gem was unexpected. Thoughtfully decorated. AMAZING backyard. Screen in all season porch. Pool was fantastic, heated option! Just a very well stocked house. Tons of fun color throughout. Definitely feels like Flordia. I can't wait to come back with my family again! Joe was easy to work with and his crews keep the property well maintained.

This beautiful beachy house is just minutes from the gulf! It has the Florida feel but it doesn’t disappoint. This very well stocked house had everything we needed for our party of 14! Kids loved the heated pool. We loved the outdoor space— it has enclosed screen patio so it felt like it an extension of the house. It’s nicely decorated and well kept, very clean! The host was a pleasure to work with and communicates frequently with you! We’ll definitely be back!

Pros: Pool was very nice and clean. Over all cleanliness was good. Cons: Home is older and the fit and finish is fair but serviceable. Front and back doors do not close well. The driveway has a huge low spot that holds water when it rains. The street and driveway are a bit slippery so be cautious if you are on a motorcycle and are a new rider. The pool guy showed up at 0700hrs on a Saturday, unannounced and startled my daughter when she walked out back.
