My name is Brenda and I am from SW Florida. Aruba is my happy place. We bought a condo in Dec 2024. We love it!! Close to Restrarants, beach, bars, entertainment and busy Palm Beach.
Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because it is a great location. 10 minute walk to Palm Beach where all the nightlife is. Directly across from the Local Store, Linda’s Pancake House, Bingo’s, Eco, Soul Mare. Gated community with 2 swimming pools on site.
What makes this property unique
Location, location, location. Gated community and grounds well kept. Our 2/2 has an open concept with the 2nd largest private patio in our Community as well as being located on the ground floor. We provide free wi-fi, fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker, blender, air fryer, crockpot, pots and pans. Quite cul-de-sac with 24 hour security, 2 pools, 1 with a slide. Keyless entry, 4 beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and a beach wagon to put it all in. Walking distance to many bars, Restrarants, shopping, beach, casinos and nightlife.
