Honestly, a really nice house for a good price. The cleanliness was not perfect but it could’ve always been worse parts of the landscaping and yard and such seem to be a little unkept and the hot tub does not get as warm as a traditional hot tub so that’s also downside but other than that really it’s quite a nice house and has lots of room for hosting a large group of people host is very kind and communicative

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The beds were comfortable, the pool was nice, house decorated for Christmas, with a nice open area and great kitchen. The only reason i didn't give a 5 star was the lack of lighting in the backyard/driveway and we couldn't get the hot tub to heat nor the jetted to work. Jeff was a wonderful host! Very responsive

I'm sorry Leele's group didn't enjoy the hot tub or backyard lighting. All the information to do so is available in the guest manual and I communicated with them via the app about heating the hot tub and the access code to do so, as well as where to find light switches.

Pool was not enjoyable they charge you to heat it. The pool has a decent size leak to it. The movie theater was messy. The plumbing was terrible. The hot water heater was extremely slow. The outside of the house was not well maintained.

We're sad that these guests didn't have a 5-star experience... As it literally costs $500 to heat the very large and deep pool in the winter, we need to pass that cost on to our guests. However, the huge adjoining hot tub is always free to enjoy. We've never had plumbing issues reported in the past, but we had to unclog 2 toilets while cleaning after these guests. Our guests didn't let us know to remedy any issue while they were here. We have a tankless continuous water heater... Although it may take a minute to get hot, it stays hot as long as you need it. Spring has now sprung here and the yard wil be in full bloom after the dreary winter months!
