Welcome to your cozy crash-pad in the heart of the North Hollywood Arts District—a walkable, vibrant neighborhood packed with cafes, trendy restaurants & bars, theatres, and creative energy. This space is perfect for solo travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and great amenities between adventures. Relax in a warm, inviting apartment designed for comfort and simplicity. For those who like to stay active, an excellent fitness room is available on-site.
I CURRENTLY LIVE IN THIS APARTMENT. I am just away for a few weeks. This apartment has a very LIVED-IN vibe, and it is NOT set up like a rental property. On the bright side, it is very cozy and full of great energy :)

- Featured amenities: balcony, washer/dryer in unit, central heat/AC, pool, jacuzzi, gym, dance room, lounge, conference room, BBQ grills, fire pit, etc.
- Guests can access 1 bedroom with a single bed, 1 attached bathroom, and all of the common areas! Please note: The 2nd bedroom is locked and unavailable to guests.
- There are trash shoots in the building to throw away your trash.
- Please no shoes in the house.
- Please keep the house clean during your stay.
- There will be someone coming by weekly to water all the plants. You will be notified ahead of time! Thank you for your cooperation and understanding :)

Overnight: STREET PARKING ONLY — cars left in the garage after 1 AM may be towed at the guest’s expense!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please clean up after yourself :) Do not leave any food mess, to avoid bugs. Cleaning supplies are under the sinks.
Return the key and fob to the lockbox hanging on the garage. Remember to shuffle the code after closing it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
