The Gator Den: Perfect for Groups & Families! 3 BR/ 2 Bath

This is the ultimate stay for your time in The Swamp! Whatever brings you to Gainesville, why not spend the time in this family-friendly Gator Pad! This spacious home fits up to 8 guests and is conveniently located close to Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, University of Florida campus, UF Shands Hospital and downtown Gainesville. The home is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.
The space
The property has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is tucked in behind the neighboring property. There is a fenced grass path leading up to the house. There is a Gator Cave (TV room and game room) located right next to the main house and is great for entertaining guests of all ages. The Gator Cave is also equipped with a sleeper sofa.

*Each guest is responsible to obtain propane gas if barbecuing. We do not provide it.
