As the second-highest home on the trail, this renovated 6-bedroom, 5-bath slopeside lodge blends rustic warmth with modern ease, direct access to the lifts, and exceptional outdoor amenities including a private hot tub, fire pit, and pergola. With multiple living spaces, a family room designed for games and movies, and effortless access to both Stratton Village and VAST snowmobile trails, this home provides the perfect backdrop for unforgettable mountain escapes.
The Space:
Set high on Stratton Mountain, Summit Ridge Lodge delivers rare slopeside living with room for everyone to unwind. Inside, the home's warm, wood-accented design is paired with large windows that frame the outdoors, filling the interior with natural light.
The main living room offers a cozy gathering space with a wood-burning fireplace and TV, while the lower-level family room features a second TV and ping-pong table, ideal for keeping kids and adults happily separated when needed. With six bedrooms and five well-appointed bathrooms, the home comfortably accommodates families and groups looking for both connection and privacy.
A fully equipped kitchen anchors the central living space, perfect for preparing après-ski meals or casual lunches between runs. Dedicated ski lockers and cubbies keep gear organized, and ski-in/ski-out access means you can step out the door and onto the trail with ease.
Outdoors, the experience is pure Stratton: a slopeside hot tub for soaking under the stars, a fire pit and pergola for après gatherings, and a peaceful wooded backdrop that makes every moment feel restorative. With seamless access to VAST snowmobile trails and Stratton Pond Trail, the adventure continues well beyond the slopes.
This home is crafted for year-round mountain living, comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and perfectly positioned for an effortless Stratton getaway.
