The home was as advertised, very clean when we arrived, loved the outside deck, it was nice to go outside on the deck and drink coffee in the morning. We did not bring a pet but it had dog dishes on the deck and a place to let you pet run, the master bathroom was pretty much set up for handicap person. If we were to go back to Redding California we would see if this house was available for use again.

The host was very accommodating. I missed there not being an iron and a board as I made the mistake to assume one would be there. As soon as I brought it up she had one delivered. Unfortunately, they brought one of those mini hotel ones. Backyard had some concerns if you have a dog. Lots of tiny stickers I had to keep grooming. A single TV kind of rough but again thats on me for not reading thoroughly.

The house is pet friendly so make sure if you have allergies to bring your medicine. The master bedroom smelled like animals covered up by febreeze, but everything was very clean—just very minimal. When we booked we were pretty sure the description stated that it was lake front; but it was not. We had a sloped access to a small creek, but wasn’t sure if we could hike down to it. The only T.V. Is located in the Living room. The tub has railings for elderly/medical purposes. I really like the touch of a mini Hersheys bar being left with a cute note and some feminine supplies. It would have been awesome to have some hot chocolate, apple cider, or Tea bags in addition to the k-cups that were left. I was in Redding for a medical procedure and it would have been nice to have a check out time later than 10:00. Overall a nice place to stay.

We were in town for out granddaughters wedding. We traveled one of our daughters and her boyfriend. The house was perfect for the four of us. Bright, well appointed and with everything you might need. We accidentally locked the door incorrectly, locking ourselves out. I contacted the host and she responded almost immediately. The issue was quickly resolved. Thank Cassandra for your help and for sharing your place with us!
