We want your vacation to be easy from the moment you step off the ferry. Guests of Cruz Bay Tropical Condo have access to our in-house rental vehicles, making it easy to arrange your island transportation before you arrive.

Guests renting one of our vehicles can also take advantage of pickup service at the St. John Ferry Terminal. We’ll help get you settled with your vehicle so you can start exploring St. John and enjoying your vacation right away.

With private parking included at the condo, you’ll have the freedom to discover St. John’s world-famous beaches, scenic overlooks, restaurants, and hidden island gems on your own schedule.

Island living occasionally comes with power interruptions—but we’ve taken extra steps to keep your vacation comfortable. The condo features two brand-new air-conditioning units and a battery backup system, helping you stay cool and comfortable even during an island power outage.

For additional guests, we provide two air mattresses, which can be set up prior to your arrival upon request. Coin-operated laundry facilities are also conveniently available on-site.
