Welcome to Middle of Fifth Residences, your luxury spot right in the Heart of Frisco. Constructed in 2023, this property has all of the modern conveniences with a killer location right in the middle of everything, yet still tucked away in a quiet, residential area. The ground floor consists of a spacious 2 car garage (additional parking in front), perfect for parking or gear storage, a large mudroom complete with private laundry facilities and a bedroom containing a King bed with en-suite bath.

Moving up, the second floor contains an open kitchen, dining and living area perfect for lounging after a hard day of Rocky Mtn adventures or entertaining friends and family. Off the living area is a nice sized deck facing north. The large dining table has seats for 8 with an additional 3 seats at the kitchen island. The living area has seating for 6 around a modern gas fireplace and large flatscreen TV. The second floor also contains a full bath and bedroom with bedding for 4 in a Captain's Bunk with additional Twin trundle bed.

The third level consists of the primary suite. The primary bath is 5 piece in an elegant design right off the bedroom complete with King bed and a private north facing balcony. The third level also contains a bar/sitting area on the opposite side and that is how the private roof-top deck and hot tub are accessed. Yes, that's correct, this property comes complete with a private roof top hot tub for your soaking pleasure. Soak those sore muscles while you take in the 360 degree mountain view or a blanket of stars.
