Welcome to our modern and fully equipped villa, designed for comfort and relaxation. Each room features a smart TV with Netflix, and air conditioning to ensure a cool and enjoyable stay.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, and the refrigerator and freezer are perfect for storing food and drinks. It also makes ice cubes, crushed ice, or refreshing cold water straight from the tap, which is safe to drink.

All bathrooms are equipped with warm water, a toilet, and two sinks for added convenience.

The garden is home to a relaxing pool, complete with a bench, sundeck, and an 8-meter long swimming area, ideal for both swimming and exercise.

You can also unwind in the garden, whether playing on the artificial grass, read a book under the gazebo, or relaxing on the comfortable lounge set.

We’ve thought of everything to make your stay truly special. Cas di Das is located very near the most beautifull beaches of the island (2km) and the best restaurants in the High Rise area. Within 3 minutes you're at Superfood, the biggest grocery store of the Island

Everything about Cas di Das was perfect! 2 adults and 2 teenagers stayed 8 nights. Enjoyed the pool and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Communication was prompt with the property owners. We will book this location again.

*We had an excellent 8-day stay. The owner was extremely responsive throughout via WhatsApp, and even accommodated an early check-in two hours ahead of schedule to work around our flight arrival — much appreciated.**The property itself is clean and well-maintained. Small conveniences made a real difference: the automatic gate meant we never had to get out of the car to open it, every bedroom had its own TV, outlets were plentiful, and the beds were comfortable and spacious. WiFi was fast and reliable the entire trip.**The owner stocked the place with a lot of things you sometimes have to buy yourself — coffee, filters, laundry and dish soap, toilet paper, seasonings, trash bags. Having a dishwasher was a nice bonus, and the grill got plenty of use for burgers and hot dogs. The beach chairs alone saved us real money — beachside rentals were running 50/day for an umbrella and 10 per chair.**Unlike some other listings we looked at, there were no surprise electricity surcharges or end-of-stay cleaning fees. What we booked is what we paid — no hidden costs.**Highly recommend this property and owner.*

Right from the booking, Chantal and Jeroen had been responsive. Since our flight arrived to Aruba in the morning, they accommodated us with an early check-in. When we arrived at the airport, their assistant Jasmine reached out to us and met us at Cas Di Das to go over the amenities. We were mighty impressed with the property, it is immaculate, exactly like the pictures. Since the private pool was cleaned twice a week, we enjoyed it the next day. The location is less than 10 minutes drive to Palm Beach and Eagle Beach. And the super markets are 5 minutes away. We will definitely book again the next time we vacation to Aruba. Thank you Chantal, Jeroen and Jasmine.

This house was just as it looks in pictures and more! The pool area offers enough space for bbq with the family, and a lot of sun to tan! The rooms are all nice and spacious, along with the living space. The neighborhood is really quiet and safe! The owners were very responsive and kind, and compassionate towards our needs during our stay. I would definitely stay here again, I recommend you do too!

Great Property!

We stayed here for a month and it was wonderful. The home is clean and bright with very comfortable beds. The hosts were amazing - responsive and helpful with lots of good recommendations for restaurants and activities. We are excited to come back next year!

We had an amazing 7 day stay in this beautiful home with a relaxing backyard and pool. The house was perfect and extremely clean with all amenities provided. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and traveling to and from beaches and restaurants was very easy once we figured out the roundabouts. I would highly recommend staying here and the communication with our host was flawless. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation. I hope to return soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Cas di Das! Private and quiet but only a very short drive to the hotel area and market. The house was just as described. Clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts helped us to check in and made sure we knew where everything was. Thank you for a beautiful week in sunny Aruba!

Beautiful Home

The home was so lovely and well equipped. We had rented a car and found the location was close to a big grocery store and a short drive to the beaches. Chantal reached out several times to check in on us during our stay and was helpful with questions we had. Would definitely stay there again!

I am a Dutch Navy Officer and living, together with my girlfriend, in Aruba for 2 years now. We have started the build of this beautifull house last year, and finished it april 2018.

Why they chose this property

After one holiday in Aruba, we knew we wanted to live here.
Because we couldn't find the perfect house, we've build it.
For now we live in a rental house so other people can enjoy our house. After my tour is over, we want to live in it ourselfs.
