Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please return both keys to key box, Failure to do so is $50 per key penalty

Please do not leave fowl or fish cleaning in the trashcans

Please take all trash to the blue containers. If your stay includes a Wednesday please pull cans to the street in the driveway. Pickup is early on Thursday mornings.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a great stay at the cabin on Reelfoot. The dock was nice and the sun-room has great views. Dana was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I recommend this spot.

For starters the screened in porch was trashed inside and was missing the screen in the door. There was junk all around the outside of the property. There was no grill on property. One of the bathrooms didn’t have a door on it and the TV had no remote so-it was either one channel or pay and download a remote app on our phone. Uncomfortable beds. Kinda looked like people moved out but left a bunch of things they didn’t want behind and turned it into an air-bnb. View and location was excellent. Would not book this place again

Well, I am very sorry to read about your dissatisfaction, especially since the only thing you asked about was how to work the shower, and Didn’t know it takes a little while for the toilet to refill after flushing. You asked before arrival if there was a grill and we informed you there was not one. Also, if you read the amenities of the listing before booking, you know what we do and do not provide. Again, we regret your dissatisfaction and that you were not able to express that during the stay.

We love the views, the sunsets, the peaceful setting, the wildlife and hunting and fishing on beautiful Reelfoot lake!

What makes this property unique

The panoramic views of the lake from the sunroom are unbeatable! The layout of the home and all of the windows provide views from most every room! We have plenty of covered parking for vehicles, boats, side by sides. The proximity to the lake and to town makes it a wonderful location.
