This 110sqm of space is perfect sanctuary for your Melbourne stay, city at your doorstep, Netflix, Roku, highspeed WiFi 100mbps & parking included. We are at Melbourne Tower Apartment and we offer all the space & comfort of home for family or big group in the heart of Southbank.
This unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan living and dining area, balcony, free WiFi, free indoor parking, flat-screen TV, DVD player, air conditioning, heating, iron, washing machine, tumble dryer, wardrobe/closet, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, kitchen & kitchenware, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, and toaster. Our apartment is at 6th floor, as well as swimming pool, gym & tennis court.

Fresh linens, towels, and toilet paper are provided for your arrival.

- Check-in time is 1PM. Check out by 10AM. Early check-in or late check-out is possible with early notice.
- Not suitable for pets
- No parties or events. No drugs! Excessive noise is subject to cancellation of stay. All guest funds will be forfeited for the entire stay and you will be asked to leave the property immediately. The building security is very strict.
- No smoking. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony, NOT inside the apartment. Please dispose butts thoughtfully. Do not throw anything off the balcony especially cigarette butts. It is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond (security deposit). There is also a CCTV facing towards all the balconies.
- Children must be supervised at all times especially when around the kitchen, opening windows and must avoid balcony area.
- Linen and Towels They are only provided for the amount of guests the booking has listed. Please ensure accurate numbers are listed for the booking. There is no daily housekeeping service.
- No shoes inside A shoe rack is provided next to the kitchen and front door.
- Children must be supervised at all times especially when around the kitchen, opened windows and must avoid balcony area.
- Energy Efficiency Please use electric heating fairly and sustainably and turn off the lights, air conditioning, and heating when you don't need it or go out for the day. Use heating when all windows are closed.
- Internet Please use it only for legal purposes and all illegal activities such as uploading, or downloading is guests’ responsibility.
- Cleanliness Kindly dispose all rubbish through a rubbish chute and ensure you clean all the dishes and other kitchenware before you leave & checkout. Please leave the apartment the way you found it or a similar state to its condition on arrival. Otherwise, additional cleaning charges and security deposit will be forfeited. There is no daily housekeeping service.
- Balcony DO NOT HANG CLOTHES or other articles on the balcony.
- Lost set of keys, fobs, and a garage remote costs $250 to replace. Please always keep them with you. Car park permit sticker should be displayed on the windscreen at all times.
- Security Deposit Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the guests’ responsibility during their stay. If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500. Please report any damaged or missing items to your Hosts.
- We really appreciate if you could update your profile picture so we can recognize you when we meet on the check in day. We understand it might be personal for you but it is important for us so we don’t mix up with someone else. However, we reserve the right to verify that your identification, using a valid drivers license or passport, matches your profile.
- Should you have any questions regarding your booking please just drop us a message, we will try to respond within 24 hours, mostly it is within an hour. Please mind we can only assist you in the urgent matter, and so please allow us for some privacy

Highly recommend due to the location. Three decent sized bedrooms, and we were on the 6th floor, the same floor as the pool, gym and tennis court. Easy access to CBD and Southgate. Made our holiday magic.
The hosts were very welcoming. The apartment was very well equipped and was walking distance to a lot of sites and restaurants. We also utilized the parking spot and were able to visit others national parks and sites.
Great location, close to lots of dining options. Apartment had everything you would need for a short term or long term stay. Check in was straight forward.
Well kept, comfortable apartment within walking distance to CBD and Southbank. Apartment is on the same floor as the gym and pool. Excellent communication from the owners.which is great for a quick swim Excef
Finding enough rooms and space for 2 teenage boys and 2 teenager girls and their mums was very difficult, but this ticked all the boxes. It was well maintained, comfortable, clean and central. The hosts also assisted with check in and check out times, thank you
We truly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The bedrooms were just as described. Comfortable beds to sleep on. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The living room was great to sit around and relax at the end of each day. Check in and out was easy. Communication was excellent! We had a few questions and they communicated very quickly for us! Thank you for the wonderful place to stay!
There was a good amount of room for all 5 of us at this apartment. The nearest tram stop was less than 5 minutes walk. Communicaton with the hosts was prompt and clear. It would be nice to have top sheets on the beds.
Great people to deal with, very helpful and friendly. Awesome spot to walk around city from. Close to supermarket, restaurants and the Christmas activities on at the moment. Bonus was that parking was available and porta cot supplied for our little person. Our family had a lovely stay, thank you.
We stayed here for 4 nights as a family of two adults and 3 teenagers. Plenty of room to relax, eat and sleep. Kitchen was well equipped but there were only 3 dishwasher tablets - minor issue. The building is 15 years old and the decor is starting to show its age. The owners have done their best to cover some of the worn carpets. The pool wasn’t usable whilst we were there as the heating had broken down. Once we’d parked the car we walked everywhere along Southbank and into the city. Everything was very close. Excellent location.
Apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious for a young family of 5. Location was ideal and very easy to get to. We were very impressed and would happily stay here again.

Our name’s Devi and Prasha, and we grew up in Indonesia and we have called Melbourne home since we started university here, and fell in love with its beautiful scenery, exciting atmosphere and friendly people. Two decades on, we have started a family, having raised two beautiful daughters.
We are adventurous couple who love to travel to places we’ve never been before, but most of all culinary trips are our main destination!

Our apartment was managed by a short stay agent for 9 years and our long term contract with them finally came to an end. We're not a property agent, we own the apartment and decided to manage it privately.
We used to live in Southbank area for 17 years because it is very central and close to the city.
