Please note that no parties, receptions or events are permitted at the house. Marco Island has very strict noise ordinances and my experience renting to people who are hosting events have been negative.
ALSO ... Host locks primary closet in house, and stores 2 vehicles and 2 jet ski trailers under the house. However, a second primary closet is available, as well as 2 covered parking spots and room for up to 6 more vehicles in the driveway
CLEANING fee is $175 and paid directly to host after booking is confirmed.
PET FEE is $150 per pet and paid directly to host after booking is confirmed.
DOCKING FEE is $50/day for watercraft and paid directly to host after booking is confirmed.
NOTE: Pool is heated, but guest responsible for gas usage at market rate per gallon.
