Our properties are designed to provide a residential-style stay, rather than a traditional hotel experience. Daily housekeeping is not provided; however, cleaning supplies and equipment are available in the property for your convenience throughout your stay.

• Full private access to the entire suite. This is a basement-level suite, accessible via one flight of stairs.

• Self-check-in with 24/7 virtual assistance.

• The property does not offer onsite parking. Guests can use nearby options such as Paid public parking at Green P and InPark lots (down the street)

House Rules:

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property.

4. For safety reasons, firearms, weapons, and ammunition are strictly not allowed on the premises.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
