Our Private Property Apartment, named Isola, is located in a safe and well manicured neighborhood called Las Brisas "meaning Breezes" and is just 5 to 15 minutes from many popular beaches. Just to name a few: Jobo's, Shacks, Wilderness & Crashboat. And just minutes to restaurants, nightlife and shopping.

Our upstairs apartments features freshly made beds, bath towels, soaps & fully equipped kitchen. We also provide beach towels and a cooler for you use. After a long day exploring our beautiful Island you can relax on your balcony and catch the sunset or hangout outside on the raised wooden deck which has ample sitting & BBQ under the cool shade tree.

The apartment has 2 bedroom, 1 bath. The Master bedroom has air-conditioning and rest of the home is comfortably fitted with ceiling fans throughout and extra portable fans if needed.

So, pack a small bag and come and visit us in the unique area of Ramey between the towns of Aguadilla and Isabela where we have the perfect combination of sol y olas (Sun and Waves in Spanish)!

Aguadilla and Isabela are known for consistent waves and winds throughout much of the year. Not a surfer or kite boarder? No worries!! Aguadilla has something for everyone. From all types of water sports to horseback riding, golfing and even ice skating!

Terrific place

We really enjoyed our stay. The area was very nice, we felt safe. Lots of good restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Just a few minutes from a really nice beach. We went surfing and snorkeling, saw lots of turtles! We also went on a bike ride on the boardwalk along the beach. We enjoyed sitting outside on the porch in the evening too.

The property was great and we enjoyed the centralized location around Aguadilla! One thing to note, there is only 1 AC unit in the master bedroom. The room is plenty big enough to move one of the smaller beds into the master bedroom if there is a group of more than 2 people. Still was great otherwise1

40th HS Reunion

This trip was planner around my 40th HS reunion. When I booked the unit the pictures showed a more modern unit but upon arrival it was a disappointment. It’s outdated and the furniture rundown. We did not sit nor slept on the futon. The beddings were dark color and they looked over used. I contacted the host to request white sheet or lighter and they did change them the next day. The unit needs some TLC to make it more rentable. The location is great near many restaurants and the beaches. The unit needs more personal touch and some upgrades. Be aware that only one room has AC unit. I didn’t read that the 2ned bedroom didn’t have one and it gets hot evev wirh fans.

Beautiful neighborhood but...

Upon entering the property me and my family were immediately greeted by a cracked tile floor and a stained futon. And upon further inspection of the property we discovered that refrigerator was filthy with a large brown stain in the back, the shower head was disgustingly stained white and clogged, the toilet hadn't been cleaned in a long time considering there was a ring of filth in the bowl, the shower was covered in mildew from top to bottom and the shower drain was filled foreign hair and gunk. Upon staying for a couple days cockroaches were found crawling in the shower and kitchen cabinets. A grilling area was advertised but upon looking at the grill it was filthy and the gas was depleted. The dishes were unfit for food and some even had mold. The pots and pans had untouched with grease that hadnt been washed off in a long time. The bathroom sink also had mildew buldup around the faucet. The outdoor lights were broken and the outdoor patio was un enjoyable. Overall after paying more than $1000 it wouldve been a better experience staying at a cheap motel.

Perfect Puerto Rican Getaway

This property is a perfect getaway for anyone visiting Puerto Rico. We were close to so many amazing beaches, restaurants, and coffee shops. As an added bonus we were a 5 minute drive away from the Dive Shop, which I dove with several times during our stay. Highly recommend! The host was extremely communicative and left thorough and helpful instructions for the property check in, check out, and driving directions. We will definitely be back to Puerto Rico, and when we do we hope to stay here again!

Second visit here - stayed in 1st fl apt 2 yrs ago now rented 2nd fl. 2nd fl similar to 1st. They have new A/c in master bedrm but doesn’t cool entire apt but was satisfactory. Nice hot water n pressure. Mgmt responded very quickly. Love the neighborhood. Close to many beaches n restaurants. I made a few suggestions to mgmt for a better stay. Overall good stay. I stood here 10/11yrs ago, again in 2021, and I’ll stay here again in the future. It’s close to the beach (literally 10mins or less) and there’s nice restaurants around. There’s a supermarket lose by. Quiet area and I loved sitting on the balcony. There’s an air conditioner in the main bedroom. There’s fans all over the house, which honestly worked well for the house, plus having the breeze come through the screen door was amazing. The host was great, detailed in the stay and in contact with me when I had to ask a question. I had a great stay before and it was a great stay now. Thank you for having me again. I’ll be back!

Quiet neighborhood close to Isabela

Super easy to rent and find. Close to Paseo Lineal--good place for walking and running and beautiful beaches. Very clean property in quiet neighborhood. Great host who was very responsive and helpful!!
