Cabin 265 is a newly reimagined, approximately 3,000-square-foot retreat in West Sedona created for guests who want equal parts adventure, relaxation and time together.

The home offers generous indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, modern finishes and a private backyard packed with amenities for adults and kids alike.

This is where Cabin 265 really comes to life.

Start the morning with coffee overlooking Sedona's red rocks. Come home from the trails and unwind in the private hot tub or cedar sauna. Challenge the group to putting, bocce or a game of life-size chess before settling around the fire pit as the stars come out.

Sedona is an International Dark Sky Community, making clear evenings especially memorable from the backyard.

INSIDE CABIN 265

The open living space was designed to give larger families and groups somewhere comfortable to actually spend time together.

Relax by the gas fireplace after a day of hiking, settle into the living room for a movie on the 65-inch Smart TV, or gather around the kitchen and dining areas for dinner and drinks.

The fully equipped chef's kitchen features stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, a large island with bar seating and everything you need for meals at home.

And for younger guests, one of our favorite surprises is hidden away inside the house: a speakeasy-style kids' game room designed to give them a space of their own.

Cabin 265 gives you a peaceful home base in West Sedona while keeping restaurants, shops, trailheads and Sedona's most popular outdoor experiences within easy reach.

Spend the day hiking through red-rock country, exploring town, mountain biking or sightseeing — then come home to your own private hot tub, sauna and backyard retreat.

Or skip the itinerary altogether.

Some days in Sedona are best spent doing absolutely nothing.

Approved pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet, per stay.

Please remember that the backyard is not fenced, and wildlife is common throughout Sedona.

Guest access

Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor spaces, including the hot tub, sauna, backyard, game areas and kids' game room.

The only area not available to guests is a locked owner's/supply closet.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and Sedona's residential community.

No parties or events: The property may not be used for parties, events or unauthorized gatherings.

Smoking and vaping: Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property. Fees may apply for violations or required deodorization.

Fire restrictions: Outdoor fires may be prohibited during periods of elevated fire danger, including seasonal restrictions. Please follow all host instructions and local fire restrictions during your stay.

Wildlife: Sedona is home to javelina, deer, skunks, bobcats and other wildlife. Please admire them from a distance and never feed or approach wild animals.

Dark skies: Sedona is a Dark Sky Community. Please turn off unnecessary exterior lighting when not in use.

Streaming: Smart TVs are provided. Guests should use their own streaming accounts and log out before departure.

Mountain bikes and muddy gear: Please keep bikes and muddy shoes outside the home.

Lost items: Guests are responsible for belongings left behind. If an item must be shipped, a $50 handling fee plus shipping costs applies.
