Thank you Kashyap, we hope you will visit with us again!
My wife, our six kids, and I had an absolutely amazing stay at this house. It is a stunning new build with incredible views and every amenity you could ask for. The hot tub and sauna were highlights for the adults, while the endless games and activities kept all six kids entertained the entire trip. What really stood out was the sense of abundance throughout the home. Everything was spotless, brand new, and fully stocked—from the stacks of fresh towels in every bathroom to the kitchen loaded with coffee, spices, and everything needed to cook for a large family. It truly hit the spot. The location is unbeatable, but Chris and Claire are what made the trip special. They are hands-down the best VRBO hosts we’ve ever encountered—incredibly responsive and there for us whenever we needed them. This house is a can’t-miss! HIGHLY recommend.

Hey Michael! Thank you so much for the incredible review. It means a lot to us, and we do hope that should you visit again, we can provide you with an even better experience. Your family was wonderful.
Everything was wonderful. The place is absolutely stunning and we had a blast celebrating a friends birthday out of the Phoenix heat. Just a note, the sound definitely carries and it’s in a neighborhood with lots of neighbors around. We sang karaoke and played board games on Saturday night and unfortunately got a noise complaint even though windows were closed and we thought we weren’t being that loud. Sure enough when I went outside to check the noise level, even though you may not be super loud inside, the sound like carries and echos a bit. Also quiet hours start at 9pm not 10pm. It wasn’t a big deal and we had a blast! Just something to be aware about :)
