MISCELLANEOUS
1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for your and your group, and bathmats for full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

Occupants must utilize all available private parking (garage, driveway) before using any available street parking.

Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access code or keys for the property will be available precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from 1st Choice Properties is considered unlawful trespassing. 1st Choice Properties will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.
