The location was great. The host reponded quickly when the oven wouldn't heat up (it had to be pulled out and unplugged and plugged back in). The house was clean. The gas grill worked great. The reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is the hot water and water pressure. It was impossible to get a decent shower.

The house and location were great, but we had issues with hot water throughout our stay. The hosts did come to the house to try to fix the issue, but we never did get a hot shower in the three days we stayed. It would have been nice if they offered even a minimal refund for the inconvenience. The hosts were friendly and attentive, despite not being able to fix the issue.

The property was clean and as advertised. Two of the bedrooms have onsuite bathrooms, which was nice. We had everything we needed and was able to enjoy a birthday party, with BBQ and swimming in the pool. The basketball hoop was a nice bonus for some to enjoy shooting around. There was outdoor furniture not shown in the pictures that I had seen. So that was very nice to have. We only stayed 3 night but the place was perfect for what we needed.
