Place was quaint and super clean. Host was very friendly and let us in a little early which I appreciated. Only problem was the bed in the back bedroom was hard and uncomfortable. I suggest a squishy mattress topper might help. A comfortable bed to sleep on is most important.

Beautiful mobile home. Spacious and comfortable living area! Enough space for my husband, myself, daughter and 3 grandkids. Kitchen had everything we needed. Location was a 7 minute drive to our favorite part of the river we like to spend the day. Ample parking for our truck, boat and daughter's car. Enough space to park another vehicle. Nice bbq area. I look forward to returning!

The house is very clean and cute. Perfect get away for two couples or 4 friends. One thing is the sheets, pillows, and bed are about as cheap as you could get. The bed was very hard and the pillows were about 1” thick so a good night sleep is almost impossible to get. The AC works very well but is also very loud. All together it was a fun weekend get away but pack some Advil for your back after you wake up.

We understand mattress comfort is a personal preference, and based on guest feedback we’ve already ordered a softer mattress and upgraded pillows. Regarding the AC, it’s a brand-new system installed in 2026. While there isn’t much we can do about the operating noise when it’s working hard in extreme heat, we’re glad it performed well despite temperatures exceeding 110°F during your stay. We also encourage guests to reach out during their stay if they have any concerns. We would have been happy to discuss options and address any issues right away.
