Private: property 500 m2, garden with wildlife garden. Barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Car access to the house, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 850 m, restaurant 4.5 km, pebble beach 5 km, public bathing area 5 km. Nearby attractions: NP Krka 13 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Prokljansko jezero 4 km.

4-room house 135 m2 on 2 levels, south-west facing position. Living/dining room 55 m2 with 1 double sofabed (135/210 cm length, 290 cm wide suitable for sleeping for two adults people), satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning in every room and livingroom. Exit to the terrace 17m2.
Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC.
Upper floor: Master room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace/sundeck 22 m2. Second room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Other two rooms each with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). Common shower/WC, double hand-basin.

The property was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with essential items. Communication and interactions with the property manager were quick and easy. The grapes from the garden that were left for us were delicious and much appreciated. I highly recommend this place!

Tolles Haus und nette Vermieter

Das Haus hat mehr zu bieten, als man auf den Fotos erkennen kann. Im Besonderen das gemauerte Grillhäuschen im Garten. Wurde oft und gerne genutzt. Klimaanlage im Wohnraum/Küche und allen Schlafräumen. Toller, kleiner Gemüsegarten auf dem Grundstück. Rundum eine tolle Location. Gerne wieder!
