Great location. House was big enough for two families. The hot tub was ok but outdated and the filters were just floating in the water. Typically, I would have imaged them being covered up. The deck has several screws coming up from the wood that created safety issues with kids walking around. The bottom deck with the hot tub did not have a gate. Some updates to this property would be recommended.

Liked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness
The house accommodated all our family members (10). There were some rough edges, i.e., minor drywall and trim damage that could have easily been repaired. Rug in living room was dirty (we obtained vacuum cleaner, vacuumed ourselves and filled the cannister 1/2 full of dirt and hair). Hot tub cover was ragged, and tub itself did not appear clean (residue on filers) uninviting. experienced leaking roof during rainstorm. Missing hand towel in 1/2 bath. Can light in ceiling of laundry room did not light. Broken down gliders on main deck.
