(Air Conditioning added April 2022). This beautifully designed 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom cabin in Wildflower Village at Shaver Lake is well equipped for a large family or multiple couples to enjoy the mountains and Lake. With sleeping for 15 each bedroom has its own bathroom. This cabin was built in 2015 and is newer to the vacation rental market so everything is in great condition. The gourmet kitchen is completely stocked with all the needed cookware to entertain your group. You will have no problem entertaining with 2 dishwashers and a double oven in the kitchen. You can enjoy watching TV from your private bedroom with each room having its own Flat screen TV. You will never be bored inside because of the well equipped game room which includes a Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, 60 game Arcade and TV. Outside you can relax on the large back deck or explore the over an acre property which opens up to endless acres full of trails and look out rock which gives you AMAZING views of the mountains and lights of the Valley below. The town of Shaver is 8 minutes away and the lake is 12 minutes. If you drive another 15 minutes you are skiing on the slopes of China Peak Resort.

The hosts were responsive and the house had great accommodations. I appreciated the book that gave great recommendations for this to do. We went for China Peak, but did see places I would love to try out on another trip.

Beautiful and peaceful getaway

Beautiful home in a quiet and peaceful location. It was perfect for our large group getaway. Internet is spotty at times, but that is also part of the idea of getting away from life sometimes! Comfy beds, beautiful patio and owner response was speedy for any needs.

This is a lovely spacious home just a short hike from amazing views of the valley below. We did have some trouble with check-in as our code did not work luckily we were able to connect to the WiFi since we had no phone service to contact host who quickly replied.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Shaver Lake cabin—everything we had hoped for and more! The home was comfortable, beautifully furnished, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The video games, pool table, and ping pong kept both kids and adults entertained. We especially loved the wrap-around deck overlooking the peaceful forest, and the home’s location at the end of the street offered plenty of privacy. The beds were super comfy, and everything was spotless. Joe was an excellent, responsive host. Truly the best cabin location in Shaver Lake—highly recommend!

Family Getaway

We enjoyed this luxury stay. Every window in this home had beautiful scenery. This home has everything you need plus it’s very clean and updated. Every room has a bathroom that was a huge plus for us. My family enjoyed every minute of this place. Most importantly Joe-owner was helpful when we had a question. I highly recommend five stars for me!

Great Place

Joe's place had everything we needed, all the rooms were attached to bathrooms which was nice, plenty of room for kids to play, pool table, and Pac man huge plus. The kids and adults loved the surroundings , very cool walk to top of the huge rock with an amazing sunrise view as recommended by Joe , his communication was good as well, will definitely be staying here again, highly recommend for large groups. Wonderful Shaver Trip

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this property! House was clean, full stocked, and comfortable, and a quick drive to Camp Edison lake entrance. The host was super nice and responded quickly when our key code didnt work upon arrival. We would stay here again and recommend it! One tip, make sure to bring flashlights if using the firepit because it gets super dark! We had some so it wasnt an issue.

Quality home

Quality home. We had 11 folks sleeping there and it was very comfortable. We ran into the cleaning people on check-in and they said the people before us trashed the house. So they couldn't quite get everything cleaned up prior to our stay. Other than some rather minor issues it was a great place to stay and enjoy family time!

Family trip

Joe is a great host he responds quickly to messages and answered all of my questions promptly. The house was very welcoming and cozy. We had family come from Oregon and Colorado. We were all in love with the property and house. We wanted to stay an extra night once we got there, but unfortunately, it was booked already for the weekend. Beautiful cabin retreat

The property was gorgeous and the owner was very accessible. Kitchen was large, two dishwashers and abundant cups/plates, pots/pans. It had 5 bedrooms all with private access to a bathroom which was great. It prices as a luxury cabin however there was not soap in the shower or conditioner, there was a fire pit but wood was not chopped etc. The photos make it look like there is a large game room but it’s really too small to play ping pong or pool. It is also a bit out of the way (15 min from downtown)

I'm glad your group had a great time at the house. It is definitely our favorite place to be. As I mentioned to you there are 2 covered stacks of wood and one of them has the smaller pieces of wood. I'm sorry you didn't see them. Also thank you for the feedback on the soap. I will make sure our cleaning crew stays on top of restocking them each time. It is only 10 minutes to town but in the winter when road conditions are bad it can definitely take a bit longer to get there. Thank you again for staying and hope to see you next year.
