We could not have picked a better place to stay! The owners are wonderful and were happy to answer any questions we had. It was close enough to walk to a really cool area that had shops and awesome restaurants. Everything we wanted to do was no more than 15 minutes away. We will definitely be back!

This was an adorable upstairs apartment close drive to Downtown Colorado city and Manitou Springs. Quiet neighborhood with lots to offer. The pictures are exactly spot on. We were here for two nights and would recommend to others who are looking to explore these two areas.

The property was EXTREMELY clean. We enjoyed our stay in Colorado Springs. The location was in close walking distance to the heart of Old Colorado City. The host was very prompt with communication and had excellent suggestions for things to do in Colorado. It is only minutes from Garden of the God's and Pikes Peak. Excellent location!

Brian is an exceptional host and has a beautiful home! He is so responsive, never more than just a couple of minutes, and is willing to do whatever he can to make things right. The location was exceptional- plenty to do within walking distance or a short drive. I highly recommend staying here!

The property was very clean and had everything we needed except no pots and pans to cook. Also, getting in and closing up took a little effort to figure out, but we did. We knew our code, but we didn't understand which buttons to press and in what order. Otherwise, very clean and had everything we needed.

Thank you very much for your feedback. As a host we often don't hear about certain details that can easily be improved on our end. It's incredibly valuable feedback. This information allows me to make necessary adjustments to my check in message. We do have a full set of pots and pans in the drawers to the right of the range and oven.

There are only two items of concern one was the noise from the tenants that live in the adjoining duplex and secondly it seemed like the bed sheets had a smell as if the may not have been washed properties so they had to be washed by us again.

We loved our stay at this property. It was the perfect size for two people, and it had everything we needed, including laundry detergent and fabric softener for the excellent washer and dryer. The bed linens and towels were soft and the mattresses were very comfortable. The furnishings and decor were modern but cozy, and the kitchen was stocked with what we needed for a short visit. Garden of the Gods is extremely close and a beautiful spot to visit around sunset. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. This property is really just a lovely place to stay!
