Utilities are included up to $500 per month in the rent. Usage exceeding this amount will be billed to the guest.

Security Deposit

A $1500 refundable security deposit is required before check-in and will be returned after checkout, provided the home is left in good condition.

Maintenance Services

. Landscaping maintenance is included in the rent. A professional gardener services the property twice per month from April through September.

. Professional cleaning and fresh linens are provided between stays.

. For longer stays, periodic maintenance cleaning may be scheduled with advance notice to help keep the home in excellent condition.

Rental Agreement

For stays of 30+ nights, a standard rental agreement and ID verification will be required prior check- in. This helps to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay for all guests.

PET POLICY
Pets are allowed with prior approval.

Maximum 2 pets under 50 pounds only.

To help maintain the condition of the home:
. Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds
. Pets are not allowed in carpeted bedrooms.
. Pets must be house-trained and well-behaved.
. Pets should not be left unattended indoors unless crated.

Pet fee: $15 per pet per night.

Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning or damage caused by pets.

Guests must provide proof of flea and tick prevention and up-to-date vaccinations before move-in.

NO SMOKING
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home. Any evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning fees.

OCCUPANCY POLICY
Only registered guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight at the property. Additional occupants must be approved by the host in advance.

PARTIES AND EVENTS
Parties, events, or a large gatherings are not permitted at the property.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 9:00pm to 8:00am to respect the peaceful residential neighborhood.

SECURITY
For safety and property protection, exterior security cameras are installed around the outside of the home. Cameras monitor exterior areas such as the driveway, sides of the property, and backyard. There are no cameras inside the home.
