We loved the location. The place was very clean and Anselmo was very attentive to our requests. It’s very close to the mall and a short drive to Coronado/IB. I definitely recommend this place and we intend on staying here on future trips.

I had a wonderful stay! The private room, bathroom, and kitchen were all incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The hosts did such a great job making the space feel cozy, welcoming, and like a home away from home. Everything was perfect, and I truly appreciated the thought and care they put into creating such a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This was the perfect little studio for me to stay in for a week. Anselmo was a wonderful host. He greeted me, gave me a quick tour and made sure to be available if I needed anything during my stay. He did let me know in advance about some construction they we’re doing at their home. It was no bother to me as it was during the day while I was gone so no disruptions during evening and sleeping hours. The studio really has everything you need for a good night sleep, watching/streaming with Roku tv, a desk for work, great size kitchenette and bathroom. The neighborhood is also nice and close to everything local plus San Diego. Would highly recommend to anyone!
