This was the perfect little studio for me to stay in for a week. Anselmo was a wonderful host. He greeted me, gave me a quick tour and made sure to be available if I needed anything during my stay. He did let me know in advance about some construction they we’re doing at their home. It was no bother to me as it was during the day while I was gone so no disruptions during evening and sleeping hours. The studio really has everything you need for a good night sleep, watching/streaming with Roku tv, a desk for work, great size kitchenette and bathroom. The neighborhood is also nice and close to everything local plus San Diego. Would highly recommend to anyone!
