Charming farmhouse, fully renovated in 2025, located between Nemours (77140) and Montargis (45200), in the medieval town of Château-Landon.
Walled grounds, garage, two parking spaces, two large bedrooms (one on a mezzanine), spacious living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, wood-burning stove heating, and a very economical heat pump, shower room and separate WC.
this house is very well insulated, in a peaceful and safe rural setting, with river access and waterfront, alarm system, Wi-Fi, fiber optic internet, car essential, all shops nearby
numerous tourist sites within two hours (train station with direct service to Paris (1 hour 15 minutes), Fontainebleau, rock climbing (Larchant), Montargis :the Venice of the Loiret, the Champagne region (1 hour 30 minutes), Barbizon (45 minutes), Moret-sur-Loing (45 minutes), Burgundy (1 hour 30 minutes), etc.).
This haven of peace is reserved exclusively for foreign tourists wishing to immerse themselves in French life and culture, for stays of at least six months.
