This beautiful 2-bedroom condo sits on the first level of building 8, with direct access to the pool path from your large covered terrace. With a King bed in the primary bedroom and 2 Single beds in the second bedroom, this condo has great flexibility for couples or families! This beautiful condo doesn’t sit directly on the poolside, so you can enjoy peace and tranquility in your outdoor space, but at the same time you can be at the pools in just a few steps. If you stay at this centrally located accommodation you and your family, will be close to restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc. Its location within the complex makes it a privileged spot, it´s within 10min walking to the beach, in addition to being super cozy, clean, well-equipped, and offering 24/7 personalized service. You'll feel as comfortable as in your own home, with all the amenities that the complex has to offer at your disposal. You won’t regret it! This property is managed by House Helper Costa Rica, a full-service vacation rental company in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Daily rates for adults are $35 USD per person, with $25 USD applicable towards food and beverage. The Pacifico resort itself is located few blocks away from the beach, but a free shuttle is available to take guests to the Beach Club, which has two beautiful infinity pools, cabanas (extra cost would apply), lounge-chairs and umbrellas, fine AC restaurant, a well-stocked bar and of course a beach.
