For the money we paid I expected more. After moving the pillows around on the couch we discovered what looked like a pee stain. The second issue we had sugar bugs is what I was told they were when I called in to report our bag of sugar was full of ants, we then had to remove all items off the counter so someone could come in and spray, we had to deal with the sugar ants on more than one occasion. This is something else I have to complain about is the one roll of toilet tissue for each bathroom, wow to pay 3000.00 and you have to bring your own toilet paper, and your own dish detergent.

We apologize for the stain you found on the couch — that report has been shared with the our housekeeping team so the upholstery will be inspected and cleaned or replaced as needed. We’re also very sorry you experienced ants. We notified our pest control vendor and asked for a follow-up treatment and inspection to address any entry points and prevent recurrence. Regarding supplies, we apologize that the starter items on arrival were insufficient. While we provide basic starter supplies, this may fall short of what you would expect.
