The place is very small and tight. The bathroom is super small. We made it work. It was just 2 nights. The location was so wonderful! Location was perfect! Would stay again!
The location was awesome! We had an easy walk to broadway theaters and great restaurants. The full bed was on the firmer side - but we still slept fine. Compared to a hotel room in the same neighborhood - the amount of space you get at the price can’t be beat!
We had a wonderful trip to NYC with our family. This cozy unit is central to many places, such as Broadway, Times Square, and Bryant Park. The subway system was also just a short walk away. Great location. The host was informative and easy to reach.
Our host was very welcoming and responsive to all our questions. The apartment was also in a good location for our stay in NYC!

Great location and a good space. Our only issue was the radiator was so loud it was difficult to sleep. Hopefully nothing is wrong with it!

We were, unfortunately, very disappointed with this rental. A few things:1. The apartment is dark, and the lighting is very bad. The overhead light in the living room is garish, so we kept it off and brought a standing lamp in from the bedroom. It was better than the overhead but wasn't so great either. Investment in some decent lighting in that place is essential.2. The bathroom sink's drain had no cover, so we had to call the owner and ask for someone to come clear what turned out to be a cap of some kind our first morning. It's easy to drop something down a wide open drain. My son dropped his tooth paste cap, and I had to fish it out of there. 3. The bathroom has a drain fly problem. They were all over the bathroom.4. The first night that we were there, someone got stuck in one of the two elevators, and for the next day and a half neither elevator was working properly. The only way it would ascend was with a key, so if one of the attendants wasn't there, you were out of luck. Unfortunately, the apartment is on the 12th floor, so we had to walk up the old building's steep, winding, narrow, marble steps to the 12th floor on three occasions. My husband and I are in our mid-50s and in decent shape, but it was unpleasant enough to convince us to stay in one of the evenings. 5. The window in the bathroom would not shut, and there was no screen. It may have been opened to limit the accumulation of drain flies in the bathroom, but there should be the option to close it.
The room was clean and the process for check-in was smooth. The only challenge was the shower. There is a loose handle that makes it difficult to turn on and off the shower.
Overall, it was an okay place to stay for a short trip. Much better suited for 1-2 people. Tub/shower did not drain properly, and we had to have maintenance come.
