This recently remodeled house is the perfect home base for your World Cup trip to Kansas City. With four bedrooms, including a king bed, queen bed, double bunk bed, and twin bed, guests have plenty of space to relax and unwind. Three bathrooms make mornings easy for everyone. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re gathering for a cozy night in or heading out to explore, this adorable and delightful home welcomes you with open arms. You’re sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.


Violation of any of these rules will result in a $1,000 fine (per violation), and immediate termination of your stay, without refund.

- No parties or events.
- Only guests staying at the home may be at the home.
- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- Bring activities indoors starting at 10pm; outdoor quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Park cars in the driveway. Street parking is prohibited. No more than 3 vehicles permitted.
- Shuttle buses, party buses, or other commercial vehicle pickups prohibited
- No more than 2 people per bedroom plus one additional person
- Not to be use for reception space, party space, meeting space, or for other similar events to non-resident guests

No pets allowed.

If there is any damage, excessive cleaning is required, or the above rules are not followed (e.g., waste was not picked up), an additional fee will be charged.
